Property Management

Cityplex puts the comfort and convenience of its clients by acting as their representatives in managing their real estate including administration, soliciting tenants, on-site security, maintenance, utilities, legal issues, government requirements, rent collection and accounting. Our well established relationships with a list repair vendors and maintenance agencies allow us to provide efficient and cost effective management solution. We believe that a “well-managed property” is a property that sustains 100% occupancy while maintaining minimum operating expenses. Our management fees range from 5% to 10% of the gross rental income, depending on the property type and nature of tenants and their leases. Cityplex also offers total “hands-off” solution, whereas Cityplex takes over the whole property by effecting a Master-Lease on the property (Rent and re-rent) with predetermined rental schedule, while Cityplex takes care of all expenses (sometimes referred to as Net Lease). “Hands-off” solution is best for out-of-town investor (absentee owner), owner living outside Jordan.
