Edward M. Forster once said “One person with passion is better than forty people merely interested.” At Cityplex, I have built a team of individuals who have passion for real estate, starting with myself. In my long journey with real estate, I have been the buyer and the seller, the landlord and the tenant, the broker and the principle; I have been on both sides of the table and fully understand and empathize with each side. My formula for success is based on honesty and accountability. People have to trust me before they do business with me. I believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated. I do not over-promise or under-deliver. I will not take advantage of someone’s trust. Knowledge is power, the more you know the better decisions you can make. I believe in technology and the internet. I am a big fan of social media sites. I strive to reflect this philosophy into each and every employee in the company; I aim to develop synergy and cooperation among staff. Their success means my success.
